Meet Our Team

  • Emily Murphy

    Emily Murphy served as the Administrator of the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) from 2017 - 2021, increasing GSA sales by over $20 billion. Previously, she was GSA’s inaugural Chief Acquisition Officer from 2005-2007. Additionally, she served as the Acting Associate Administrator for Government Contracting in the U.S. Small Business Administration. During nine years of service in the U.S. House of Representatives, she held multiple policy and leadership roles on the Committee on Small Business and the Committee on Armed Services. In these roles, she drafted over 100 policy provisions that ultimately became law. Emily has also served as the General Counsel and head of operations for a government contractor, and practiced government contracts law with two DC firms.

  • Rebecca Pselos

    Rebecca Pselos has over a decade of federal experience in shaping policy through oversight, legislative, and regulatory functions from her service at GSA, National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO). She also has experience advising companies on how to reach federal customers through a wide range of contract vehicles and ensuring companies are planning for contracting requirements related to supply chain and cybersecurity. For example, she has helped multiple clients understand the FedRAMP program and its associated market designations. She also closely monitors rule making and federal advisory councils that are shaping the future of procurement policy.
